2015 Projects Under Construction

Terrace Place Apartments
  • The owner of the project is Community House Network (CHN).
  • The scope of work includes construction of a 56,775 sf. building in central ohio.  The building is a 4 story, 60 unit special needs apartment building including applicable site work.
  • Project Address: 81 E. 9th Avenue, Columbus Ohio 43201.  
Snouffer Road
  • The owner of the project is Lemmon & Lemmon.
  • Snouffer Road apartments is on the corner of snouffer and smoky row within the city of Columbus.  The scope of work includes a 2 story assisted living 56 unit, 69,612 sf building.
Hilltop Homes
  • 39 homes in the Hilltop of Columbus.
  • Financing is through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA).
  • The owner is Homeport, a non-profit organization rebuilding communities throughout central Ohio.

Potential Projects for Winter 2014 through Spring 2015

Rockford Construction is gearing up for several projects coming into the winter of 2014 and spring of 2015.  On the General Contracting side, we are looking at a potential project on King Avenue in the City of Columbus, Grandview area.  

General Contracting Jobs on the Horizon for 2014-2015
  • King Avenue Project is a 3 story residential building with 12 detached garages.  There is a total of 24 units located at 1378 King Avenue, Columbus Ohio 43212.  This project is in the bidding process now.
  • Warner Junction is a 6 family residential building project located at Mcdowell and West State Street, Columbus Ohio.  This project is currently in planning phase.
Land Development Jobs in the Horizon for 2014-2015 
  • Braumiller Estates Section 5 is a single family development with a total of 20 lots.  Currently we are in final engineering routing for signatures.  
  • Meadow Grove North Section 3 is a single family development consisting of 16 lots.  We are currently working with the Civil Engineer looking to get winter undergrounds in. 
  • North Farms Section 1: This is also a single family development with 31 lots.  We are currently waiting on an off-site sanitary completion to begin the onsite development. 
  • Harvest Point Section 1: This project is a single family development consisting of 38 lots in which we are waiting on on site approvals.
  • Olentangy Falls East Section 1: This project is still in the entitlement phase of development.  This project will be a single family development consisting of 33 lots in section 1.
